Your first series of hurdles on your way to Windows 2000 MCSE
certification will likely be the four core exams: We've bundled all the tests
for these exams into one package to help you get certified as quickly as possible.
The bundle will prepare you for the following exams:
Installing, Configuring, and Administering MS Windows 2000
Professional Examiner (70-210) - This exam may be the first core exam you
take. It won't be the worst one in all likelihood. Microsoft has always loaded
some of the more unfamiliar operating system features into its client-oriented
exams. This one is no exception. Be familiar will Remote Installation Services,
Sysprep, RIPrep, the Setup Manager and unattended answer files. User profiles,
multi-language support, accessibility issues, fax support and Windows Installer
also figure into the mix. More details are available from CBT Vision and Microsoft.
Installing, Configuring, and Administering MS Windows 2000
Server Examiner (70-215)-As you start to get more serious about networking
and Windows 2000 you'll need to discover what Windows 2000 Server can do for
you or your organization. Studying for this exam can be a learning experience.
From installing Windows 2000 Server to using it to grant users access to resources,
to upgrading it, to optimizing it, to troubleshooting it, to backing it up
- you'll need to know a lot about a big and powerful product. Microsoft can
fill you in on the details and CBT Vision can too.
Implementing and Administering a MS Windows 2000 Network
Infrastructure Examiner (70-216) -This exam is about building an infrastructure
so that everything and everyone can connect- preferably using Microsoft products
and technologies. This can be a difficult task. From all reports, this can
be a difficult exam. You need to know about installing, configuring, and troubleshooting
DNS, how to make DHCP and RRAS work and a host of other topics. We are here
to help and so are they.
Implementing and Administering a Windows 2000 Directory
Services Infrastructure (70-217) - It's a whole new way of networking for
Windows. It's active. It has objects. Coming to terms with it can take a while.
Once you do, you'll be creating sites, subnets, site links, and connection
objects. You'll configure server objects. You will be able to install, configure,
manage, monitor, and troubleshoot DNS and other network services for an Active
Directory environment. You'll implement Group Policies in a seamless fashion.
You'll configure security with effortless ease. Further details can be found
here. Further help is available from CBT Vision.
We are committed to providing you with a tool that can
help you get certified as quickly and as easily as possible. That's the Examiner.
Our Windows 2000 Core Bundle product will help you master all that's required
from Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to multi-master replication to Kerberos.
Examiner has everything you need to pass your core exams. We guarantee
